2 Central PA Men Killed In Their Homes In Separate Shootings: Police

Two men were shot and killed in two separate shootings in central Pennsylvania on Saturday, according to the police.

York City police were called the first reported homicide in the 300 Block of West North Street just before 4 p.m. Mar. 5, according to a release by the department.

A 24-year-old man was shot by a "known suspect" while in their home, police say.

York City police were called to a second homicide in the 600 block of Vander Avenue around 10:20 p.m. the same day, police stated in a second release.

A 48-year-old male victim was shot also by a "known suspect" while in their home, police say.

Police do not believe there is any threat to the public in either shooting.

Detectives continue to investigate both shootings as homicides.
